iPod Touch 3.0 Upgrade WiFi Problem

Right after I upgraded my iPod Touch to 3.0, I noticed the WiFi signal go from a constant three bars (no matter where I am on the house) with the OS 2.2 to an often one bar/nothing with the OS 3.0.

I checked up online and I found out that I am not alone. I know its not my router because my laptop’s wireless is working great.

Some people say to change the SSID or the wireless channel. I tried it but it didn’t work.

I am not considering rolling back to OS 2.2 yet because I am loving the Spotlight feature more. But I’d hate to think that I have to wait for an OS update. Help?
