Just a quick update- I’d like to mention that this website is now using SSL. What is SSL?
SSL creates a secure connection between a web browser and the server. In this process, SSL uses encryption to keep the data private. Thus, it protects data privacy. Source
SSL is required for ecommerce websites where users put in sensitive information like credit card numbers and addresses. But recently, Google has also favored all websites using SSL saying that these websites will receive search ranking incentives. Moreover, Chrome also shows “Not Secure” beside the URL on top of websites with no SSL. Having SSL on your website also increases percieved credibility among your visitors.
I am also starting the process of getting all my website clients on SSL. If you would like to have SSL on new or existing website, contact me.
